Our consulting and management services are primarily focused on property pre-sale positioning and the management of a strategic development plan. From initial concept, land use and design approval, to the issuance of entitlements and requisite Use Permits, we've consistently leveraged our expertise to demonstrate value. 

Fee Development

Pacific Rim Equities, in collaboration with The Schwartz Company, an independent contractor, provides property owners and private equity a full-spectrum of of development and construction management expertise.

 

The development team possesses the experience and proven capability to fully manage the development and construction of a wide range of property types and building scales. 

 

Our development management fees are negotiable and can be fixed, incentivized, or contributed with shared risk.

Brokerage Services

PRE Consulting specializes in pre-sale property positioning and the development of specialized purchase and sale transactions that may be enhanced with the introduction of an early qualified buyer and development equity partner.

PRE Consulting is a licensed Washington State real estate brokerage firm. Mike Gleason is the principal broker.

  5. Project Management and Transaction Execution: Manage the issuance of requisite pre-construction entitlements and jurisdictional approvals to achieve client’s business transaction objectives.
